At Chicago Glass Factory, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with high-quality, custom-made glass products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for our customers.

Custom-made glass: Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom-made glass, we are unable to offer refunds on any glass products unless they were not made to the dimensions specified. In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Our standard warranty for all glass products is one year. If you would like additional protection, we do offer a limited lifetime warranty on all glass products at a fixed cost, please contact us for more information.

Hardware: All hardware comes with a one-year warranty. If any hardware is damaged within the first year, please come by our shop and we will replace it for you free of charge.

At Chicago Glass Factory, we understand that getting your purchase to you in a timely and secure manner is important. That's why we offer the following shipping options:

Pickup from our facility: Customers are welcome to pickup their purchase directly from our facility located at 708 Thomas Drive, Bensenville, IL 60106. This option is completely free of charge.

Delivery: For customers who prefer to have their purchase delivered, we offer a delivery service for a flat fee of $20 + $3 per mile from our facility to the delivery location. For drop-off orders that are left in front of your home, this fee covers the cost of delivery. For orders that require our team to carry the product into your home, there is an additional charge of $2 per minute after 15 minutes for this service. Additionally, there is a charge of $10 per staircase or elevator encountered during the delivery process. It's worth mentioning that carrying glass into the customer's home is significantly more expensive than a standard drop-off due to the special insurance requirements and the weight of the average piece of glass which is around 70lbs.
